1) It is important to wash the fruits and veggies well before putting them in the juicer. Remove damaged portions, if any. Or else thhe harmful pesticides or bacteria will directly go in to your system.

2) You can even use the stems and leaves for juice. But, do remove the stems and leaves of carrots, as they are toxic.

3) You may use seeds of lemon, lime, oranges, etc. Do not use apple seeds, as they are toxic.

4) Do not use the skins of orange and grapefruits, as they are toxic. Do not throw away the white pithy part, as that it a good source of vitamin C and flavonoids.

5) You can garnish the juices with black pepper, salt, lemon juice, ginger, parsley, coriander and cinnamon etc.
